Projects Night is a recurring event designed to bring together students, industry, and the Mechatronics Society community to showcase projects, share knowledge, collaborate, and strengthen connections. This document outlines the goals, format, and expectations to ensure continuity between executive teams.

• Engineering and STEM students at UOW

• Industry sponsors and partners

• Faculty members and university staff

Event Structure

• Introduction & Housekeeping (10min)

  • Welcome attendees

  • Acknowledge sponsors

  • Outline evening schedule

• Industry Sponsor Presentation (20-30min)

  • Keynote address from industry or community representative related to the STEM field

• Project Presentations (5-10min/project)

  • Rover Team Update

  • Other Mechatronics Society projects

  • Guest Presentations (Open to all UOW community members)

• Maker Session (60min+)

  • Club tools and equipment plus Makerspace made available for project work
