CAD-A-THON

Come and join us at THE FIRST EVER TRONSOC CAD-ATHON

This two part tournament kicks off with a CAD 2 hour bootcamp where the foundational skills that every CAD-athlete should know will be covered. This warmup will cover the basics of placing a sketch all the way up to having a fully constrained assembly.

The races really begin in the second week. Where there will be one each week over the following  three weeks🏁 🏁 🏁. 

RACE LAYOUT:

* 45 minutes

* Engineering drawings provided

* Complete as many as possible

* Different drawings are worth different number of points

* Points are ONLY awarded for getting the exact volume of the parts correct

* A score board will be updated at the end of each week

* EXTRA points for completing in TinkerCAD

At the conclusion of the three weeks the top 3 contestants will be walking home with enough duck bucks to supply a small village with beer.
